Rain told me my speed is bad because rain network can't handle all the client's

After 3 weeks of logging tickets someone finally called me today. After explaining that at after 6am internet speed drops of then picks up a bit after 10am and after 5pm I have 0.5 mbps download then after 11 it's perfect again I asked him why. I also explained I have a brand new Huawei router and it never drops under 3 bars and at times it gets 4 so I said the problem is not on my side but it's rain's . Then I told him I believe it's rain that does not have the bandwidth for all the client's that is on the network. And he said yes it is rain's network that's the problem. And he can't fix it or even give me a date on when it will be fixed just that rain needs more towers and so on. So what are we paying for????? They are happy to take my money. They are advertising all over the place for new clients but they can't give the client's they have service. I have a good idea stop spending money on so many adds and fix your problems!!!!!!
