Rain to be canceled

I lodged a complaint on rain this morning with regards to my refund, still waiting since august for my refund on the support email they said 7-10 days now when I call they put me on hold for 30 munites, I call for rain to be cancelled they don’t have respect for their customers and please they must not private reply me now I want everything on the platform so that everyone can see what ****s are they.
