Rain, thunder and lightning - what a storm!!!

So due to this lock down and having to work from home, the company decided to provide us with Rain sim cards for internet access at home. The first week I experienced no problems, however for more than a week now, I keep losing internet connection like every 2 minutes and it's very frustrating and I am now considered as unproductive work wise. Something that is supposed to make things easier for people in this time has become more than pain to say the least. Should I even hold my breathe that I will get a response from this?
