Rain Throttling Our Signal
Rain pushed our signal further away and we are now receiving poor signal. They sent a technician to check this but he said he wasn't responsible to resolve this.
Not only did Rain push our signal further away. But they are also THROTTLING our signal during peak hours such that we only receive max less than 32 mpbs download speed when we are paying for 60 Mbps. This is heart-rending.
