Rain throttling internet speed - Download at only 0.37Mbps
My internet speed was fine until this morning. My download speed dropped to a whopping 0.37Mbps and Upload speed is still constant at 19.96Mbps. This is a clear indication of being throttled as congestion on the network will reduce both download and upload speeds. I am working from home and have 2 children doing home schooling. My work requires constant video conferences and my kids also have videos to watch for their schoolwork. It is impossible to work like this.

21 Jul 2021, 09:57After this review of mine, Rain sent me a message stating that my Rain site does not have an alarm, whatever that is supposed to mean, and that I need to take my sim card out of the device after switching it off and wait for 10 minutes. Being a fool, I did as they asked me and started everything up again.
As it came to not being a surprise, the download speed is still only 0.34Mbps. But boy does the upload speed still perform - what help is that?
Then I send them a private message stating it's still not working, then I get ignored.
