RAIN throttles all torrents!

I signed up with Rain. First attempt, they ignored my request for weeks. Second time I got an immediate phonecall. Signed up. Got the router (a bit late, but hey). First month of use, great. However, for the last month I've seen that ALL torrents do not exceed 65kbps = almost stagnant. I logged support calls but they simply will not help. I've given them all troubleshooting steps/results in advance. They just tell me to walk around the house with the router. I repeatedly asked them to either reboot the router or just admit they're throttling torrents. They still won't. Now they just ignore me when I reply to the tickets. By means of testing I've found they are DEFINITELY throttling all torrents. All speedtests are perfect, signal is fast for everything else - EXCEPT the uTorrent install file download + any Torrent file you try to obtain.

They never tell you this over the phone when signing up. The TnCs mention they can throttle from 5am-23pm if it's really congested, but this is 24/7.

So - if you want to use your connection to download anything via Torrents - DO NOT JOIN RAIN.
