Rain throttle everyday after 5pm. Its a joke

Every day after 5 pm, go from a 100mb line to 5mb and would you belive, in the morning its fine again. I have emailed you the speed test results, and I have asked for assistance. Reboot, Reboot, reboot, "that should help" but it does not.

Please I am begging you to assist and not to ask me to reboot again. Your technicians set up the router outside. It's enough, every day the same.
