Rain - this is getting very frustrated.

Ive been trying to get a call back from Rain for two months now. A couple of months ago my wifi wasn't working and they told me to move it facing the closest tower and i did that. The signal strength on the router is about 80% and still I'm having issues even if I'm alone at home. Sometimes during the day no wifi even worst at night. The last time I got their attention was by posting on Hello Peter, 2 seconds later I got a call.
