rain think twice before ordering

Order Rain 5G and it was dispatched the next working day.

However problem came up when RAM couriers didn't have my correct cell number. Didn't want to accommodate a afternoon drop off. So I gave them my work address they then didn't delivery because they forgot to update my number waybill.

Now the unit ahs been return . I have already paid for month subscription!

Also I cant seem to get hold of Rain to resolve! Feel as if I have been ****med.
