rain ******* *****ing from the poor

On 14 July I signed up for a rain sim which was delivered on 16 July. The stupid thing never worked even though their coverage map indicated that I have coverage. I was suppose to receive their 7day free trial but never got internet. Then on 21 July i cancelled the sim and account. They acknowledges such on email. Unknowingly rain debited my bank account on 1 August for R250.

This is ******* since I have cancelled this service which i never received and according to section 6.9 of their own terms i should cancel and dispose of the sim. What gives them the right to save my card details and use it again after the service is cancelled.

These are ******* and should be banned by ICASA
