Rain *******

I regret ever joining these *******. I haven't used rain for the whole of December because there place I visited had no rain coverage. I paid on 9 January and I was reconnected. Isn't this supposed to be pay as you use? I took the R479 deal but today they took R888 from my account. I went through some of the reviews and it seems like that's how rain *****s money from people. If anyone is planning to deal with rain, please take my advice and stay very far away from these *******. I want my money back from these *******.
