Rain - they will not dissappoint

Trust rain not to disappoint. One thing I must give them is their consistency in NOT providing service and NOT keeping their promises. Twice now I complained about an increase which they claimed an SMS was send to clients, twice I was told someone will get back to me and yes, you guessed right, twice nothing happened. BUT, lets give them the benefit out the doubt, if you request a call for a new contract, they call you withing 10min. To date they could not supply me with a copy of the SMS, yet claimed it was sent out, how difficult could it be to retrieve the SMS and forward it to me? For a telecoms company this should be easy, but not for rain, no such luck. If your complaint they apologize (again and again) make a promise and then leave you hanging. No call back, NOTHING. I’ve been asked if I would refer rain to my friends, and the answer is NO, not even to my worse enemy. As a respected businessman in the area, people often ask my opinion on various items, service providers being one of them, and I cannot in good conscience recommend rain or be associated with such a low-class entity. So if you like being ignored, getting empty promises, bad service, unknowledgeable staff (with English that makes your skin crawl and your mind explode) rain is definitely the company for you, they will, without fail give you exactly what you want. It is almost like being married.
