rain their treatment towards me am not happy i cant recommend it to any one

i called them yesterday in order for me to make payment before they disconnect me for network and the agent sent me the link to make payment on ,after making payment i find out that they disconnect me already, of which i called i order for me to be put back on line , the agent i spoke to he said the person i spoke to previously he sent me the wrong link he said he will log a case for me to the billing team to rectify it in order to be put back on line of which till today the have not , he said the payment it to the payment of the arrears of which also is not my fault i called them before the arrears accumulate and advise them that i want to cancel it of which the person i spoke to said he cancelled it and only to find that he did not , i eventually decided to make arrangement to pay the arrears of which i said i can afford to pay 50 every month , the query of yesterday payment since they said one of the billing team will call me no one did, i am not happy with their service
