Rain-Their agents are unprofessional the girl by the name Tshiamo Modiselle she created account for me while I have an account now I can’t login to the really account ,they kept on escalating me up until the last I spoke to guy dropped me with a phone and put me on hold for 20 minutes and my problem hasn’t been resolved

I’ve been using rain for almost a year not even a single ive been having internet.Everyday is a struggle and im working from home i have to go to other people whenever i have a meeting to attend theres literally no connection.i’m staying alone its my devices which my phone and laptop and Tv
What am i paying for if i cant connect with anything ,this is frustrating honestly 🤦🏽♀️
