RAIN THEE WORSE LYING NONSENSE ISP NETWORK- EVER! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Where do I start... I MADE THEE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE JOINING RAIN ISP. On 30 Sept.2021 based on an recommendation from a customer on how good RAIN 5G network was I though I would trade my fiber connection for RAIN 5G. Went online ordered and paid for the R499.00 RAIN 5G package. Three working days later the sim card and router was delivered. Setup easy peasy and quick. Did the speed test.... ok....25 mbps download no problem.... upload speed 0.98 mbps to no upload speed. Called the call centre and advised them on the poor upload speed. Was then advised to move the router around and reboot the router which also did not work. Then was advised the matter will be escalated to the networks division ref.nr ***. Was advised the networks division will contact me after 24-48 hours after investigating the matter which we all know is a **** lie nonsense story and excuse to pass the buck. The router is a OPPO router. When asked the tech support consultant for the router IP Address to access the settings I was told she needs to find out as she does not know. Put me on hold for nearly 10 minutes never returning the call. Second call same thing the tech support consultant does not know the IP Address of the router. How in this world can a ISP appoint such stupid people not training them properly on giving tech support on RAIN Hardware products is beyond me! Did a speedtest on the RAIN Speed Test website 21.22PM... download speed: 32.5 Mbps upload speed: 0.6 Mbps and the tower is 0.77 km's away from my home. I have the screen shot as proof should RAIN wants to see.... To upload a post on social media takes on average 2-3 minutes. I must admit I am truly so annoyed and irritated with this whole experience from really bad upload speed to thee most useless inept tech support staff that aren't able to resolve my issues. I really feel like in cancelling this subscription and rather go back to fiber which is stable and IT WORKS. I'd rather pay R150.00 a month more for a stable connection with a decent download and upload speed than to battle with this ****py nonsense **** **************** BS network called RAIN! Will I recommend this network to friends, family and customers...... NEVER EVER!!!!
