Rain the worst WiFi service

Worst service ever. I had connection issues since August 2023, would call if not almost daily, using airtime that I needed to save for buying data though I had a WIFI at home that never worked. As soon as I was tired after 4 months of being debited amounts for something that does not even work , they still explained policies that I’d still be debited even in I’m cancelling. That’s actually the time I now got a call and some attention with cancellation. I’ll wait and see if the Technician will now come as they promised. Worst Network, Worst Service and I thought it would be different experience with me because I had heard a lot of people complain about the same issues I now faced as well.
