Rain the worst wifi ever!!!

I have had the worst experience with Rain 101 router. It says "connected without internet" I have don't all the trouble shooting and even spoke with the support team but they still not able to resolve the issue. They promised me a call from a senior support or technician but they never called. My daughter Schools online and has been affected because of no internet. I am also impacted financially as I now need to by data to Hotspot as I also work from home. The service is really bad and I will recommend anyone to do business with Rain. They only concerned about getting there payment every month. 0 out of 10 is my rating!!
