Rain - the worst service provider in SA
It has now been weeks and weeks and although I get told help is on the way, nobody is helping. Nobody is calling and nobody is doing anything. This is the worst connection, the worst service and the worst support of anything or anyone I have ever dealt with.
This will be the last month I am on this very bad service provider. Are you claiming to be the cheapest because you are the worst there is?

All I asked (when someone actually talked to me weeks ago) is that someone call me when I am actually home and help me to move or turn my router to the optimum position. But no, I get called while I am at work, get promised to call me when I get home and then weeks pass again and nobody calls and I have to complain.
Please, can someone please just give me a call when I am at home (anytime from 5:30 pm) so that we can attempt to improve my connection.
Someone else in my area had to completely change the direction of their router to what it was before and now their connection is so much better.

Yes, I have been having problems for months now.
