Rain the worst service provider
I Have been trying to cancel my plan with Rain but they do not want to process my request as I am owing. How do I pay for a service I have not been using for two months????? This is bad customer service, its all about money and to hell with their clients. Paying over R600 for a service that I am not using is crazy!!!!
