Rain, the worst service provider ever
Rain is the worst internet service provider, 5 days without internet and stories by their consultants keep changing from towers being down, them dispatching technicians to fix the problem to them not being able to fix the problem due to caretakers not opening for technicians.
The worst service provider ever, stay away from Rain

15 Nov 2022, 03:27Another 4 days without internet but I guess your technicians are fixing the issue since Saturday the 13th of November 2022? I am canceling my contract with you, time to move on to better service providers, get someone to call me so I can cancel because your app is so poor it doesn't give an option to cancel. The amount of airtime I have spent calling your support agents is a month's subscription fee already because I'm put on hold for minutes each time before going through.
