Rain the worst service provider

I have been with Rain since the begining of lockdown and at first I did 4G, I was then late last year offered an "upgrade" to 5G and I accepted but I must say that I am sooo not impressed with the service. As I am typing now I have been off the internet for the past 3 days and had to spend over a thousand rands on Data whilst having a "service" that I am paying for and not to mention that I have lost thousands of rands in business. Thursday when this all started I spent a lot on calls and holding for them and likewise today. I am extremely disappointed.
