Rain THE WORST SERVICE provider

I purchased a 200 Mbps upload and download wifi monthly package from Rain, and Every day I complained that the Mbps was below 6 Mbps upload and download.

Several Emails back and forth between myself and the Support team, only to be told that it is normal or that they will send an assessor out who Never pitched, and best of all they collected their device and refuse to refund me for the month of Nov 2020 as they state that; "I have read that the device has been picked up and you have cancelled the 5G Sim card

Unfortunately you are not eligible for a refund Cancellation with in 7 days of Purchase = full refund amount Cancellation within 30 days of Purchase = amount subtracting the number of days the services was used."

I don't see why they won't refund me as I complained constantly since the beginning of Nov about the coverage and the device is still in great condition when they collected it.
