Rain-The worst quality network in South Africa.

I regret to inform you that I will be canceling my rainone subscription. I have sent numerous support tickets, phoned in and spoken to support agents about the 5g wifi network that has been unstable, has network errors and you people have done absolutely nothing about it. Yet you want my payment of R634 a month for a faulty network. Let me tell you that it is going to stop. I will also discourage any new customers to stay away from your network as your service ability is under parr. Your 5g has downgraded to the absolute worst quality and I would never recommend your product to anyone. How can you have speeds of 60mbs download yet your upload is between 5-10mbs?? This causes your network to be unstable and causes network errors. But seeing as you people don't want to fix it I have decided to now go to a more stable and working network.
