RAIN-THE WORST NETWORK SERVICE
Utterly useless network service.Been out of network connection for almost 2 weeks,called to log a call..was promised that a technician will be sent and NOTHING!Getting billed daily for a service not rendered.Everytime I make a follow up,I get a different reference number,but no help.RAIN is the WORST network service ever with useless consultants!!

15 May 2024, 14:41How long does it take for “your dashers” to be in contact with your customers ? I logged a complaint on the 06th May…That is 2 weeks without network service!!This is despite the numerous follow up calls I had made and I was never assisted !!
