Rain- THE WORST NETWORK IN SOUT AFRICA. THEY ARE A ****
May I please have a direct number for a manager, director, or the CEO of rain.
This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
Why is rain advertising 5G when they cannot even deliver on their promise of being the fastest network in SA. They can change their slogan to the slowest network and we the company that can't deliver. I haven't had network since last week. Most people are currently working from home. We are expected to be productive, but how is that possible when 100% of the time we do not have network.
Rain is just a ****.
Don't expect any more payments from me.

19 Jan 2021, 14:47It is more than 24 hours after my complaint. I received a response from Mosa, and I provided the details that he requested. Still no response from Rain.
Mosa, please note that once I do cancel Rain, I would like a refund on the money that I paid as I didn't have the benefit of using rain 5G. Also ensure that the refund is done before collecting the router.
