Rain - The worst Network ever

I am having the worst experience with this network. Customer service is also very bad, I ordered the Sim card on the 25.02.2020, they delivered after a few hicupps on the 06.03.2020, the sim card worked only for a few hours and thereafter there was no service. I call the consultants who then tried to sort it out by checking my settings etc, the sim still didnt work. The consultant ordered a new sim card, this got delivered on the 09.03.2020, tried it in my phone and modem and it did not work yet again, I called the customer service again who did the same as the 1st consultant and then wanted to send another sim, at which point I really got irritated, I told him that it cannot be the sim and they need to sort it out, he said that they will call me back. Later that evening it did work for a little while and a bit yesterday, however from 8pm last night till now this Sim has no network, neither did anyone call me back. this is the worst network and service I have ever received. Maybe it works for some people in some areas but I checked if they covered the area I live in before ordering it and it said that it was covered, clearly that was a lie. I will never recommend this network to anyone. I have used it for may a day so far and its almost the mid-month, then I am going to get billed for the full amount yet there's constantly no service, what a *******.
