RAIN THE WORST ISP

Rain is the worst ISP to deal with this is the 4th day having slow internet of 2mbps or low due to a tower that's not working.They lie about technical team working on it yet there is no work in progress. Please stop sending me apology messages for your failure when you know that this tower issue is a weekly problem and worst this time you are not doing anything about it. You expect me to pay at the end of the month for the service you didn't render now I am stuck without doing my job because of your incompetence giving me extra cost to start looking for data options so that I can work.

IF YOU CAN'T GET THE TOWER FIXED PLEASE BE HONEST SO THAT I LOOK FOR OTHER ISP.
