Rain the worst ISP

Rain is the worst ISP ever. Their service is so erratic, its worse than not having internet at all. They don't respond to queries. You call them they say due to lockdown the call center is close but email queries are not responded to. So unreliable I ended up connecting with another ISP though I still had a service agreement with them. I then requested the cancellation of my month to month agreement and of course no response. I had to cancel the credit card I signed with to stop them from collecting the subscription for a service I am no longer using. Only after they failed to collect subscription did they get in touch.
