RAIN - The worst internet service provider PERIOD!

This is the worst internet service provider PERIOD! I think what they are doing is **********, collecting money every month but do not provide the service promised. I made a big mistake by using them for my business!! I have lost so much and so many clients because of their forever-poor and never-available signal, especially in this well-urbanized and lucrative neighborhood!!

We have called them more than a hundred times (this is not an exaggeration at all), and always the same response - "restart, your nearest tower is offline, move the rooter to the window or around to find a signal, and reset!" NO! where are we, in the year 1800!! To speak to the so-called managers there is a pure waste of time!! It never helps a bit!

Then I thought, you know what, lemme upgrade to their best highest 5G! LOL! even now it has never been delivered. From them not placing my order, to me following up where the delay was, to them making promises they later deny and cannot keep! What is really happening over there?? all in all 5 weeks later the order is not in delivered despite me explaining the inconvenience they have, and are continuously putting my business in! Literally, we call them multiple times every day. I have requested a technician to come and review the area, maybe "move the router around" better to make sure we are connected. It has not happened!!

Free advice to RAIN: Track all calls, if they keep coming from the same area/client (use color code system- say 3rd call green/ 5th call Red....), that's the confirmation that the client is really struggling, automatically send a technician to go assess the area or may even consider refunding the client due to poor coverage in that area. You always emphasize that our calls are recorded for quality control purposes - please do listen to them so you can proactively do quality control and resolve issues or be honest and admit that the service cannot be provided and we all move forward. My assessment, RAIN must just close down, they have failed. At least they have failed me!
