Rain the worst internet service provider I’ve ever dealt with

The worst internet service provider. Firstly I had to cancel due to poor network. I managed to cancel only for them to ask for one last payment which I made. After I made the payment the reactivated my account and no matter I many times I email, call or try their website I’m unable to reach them. They are literally holding me hostage.
