Rain - The worst internet service provider in the universe

I Samuel Dira paid R479 for a unlimited data simcard at Rain data service provider 10 December 2021.

To date I'm still waiting for them to send me a technician to assist me in getting my simcard to be in working order. In my area 4G is active, the simcard was activated on 14 December 2021. Simcard is in 4G router and to my surprise, my neighbour have the same package = 4G simcard, 4 G router and it work perfectly. Rain failed to assist me as their client so I will request a refund ASAP.

Rain internet service provider is the worst and their employees are so unprofessional when they attend to a client.

I regret why approached them to do business. Hope
