RAIN THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER

Rain is the worst internet service provider. I will not recommend anyone to take sign up for their service. They quick to take your money but when you complain to them about their internet speed you complain but the complaints fall on deaf ears. They are daylight ******s. They take your money but you get no service from them. I am paying for something that is not working. When you ask them for help it's always the tower in your area that is faulty, but it's their service actually. No responsibility is being taken from their side. The agent says it your card out of the router and then it will work. I don't even know why I even gave them one star they shouldn't even have gotten a star. I don't even have a reference number because they don't want to answer to my response anymore. I wonder if they even respond to the complaints on this site.
