Rain the Worst Internet provider - Service is appalling

I regret using this Network as my home fibre. The connection is terrible. Not to mention how they double billed me for a sim that i don't even use. Credited me and still charged again. Was told someone from management would call me and nothing. I don't know not one person that is happy with this network. I just want to cancel
