Rain the worst internet provider in SA

Been trying for two weeks to resolve a payment dispute. They keep promising to call back but no one has called and issue still not resolved. I called their call centre which is based in Phillipines and they just read you a script from their PC instead of trying to resolve the issue. Theyve apparently escalated my query 5 times but havent received a callback. Worst internet provider in SA! A total *******.
