Rain the worst internet provider!!
The worst internet service provider I have ever been in contact with. My internet has never worked properly and I have made numerous complaints and they always stick to the same script that has never resolved my problem. They do contact you but never with a permanent solution. Here is a latest ticket number that serves no purpose at all: #***8

31 Jan 2022, 12:57Good day, this is same response I have been getting for as long as I have had Rain 5 G Premium. Still noting is fixed permanently and it only last a few weeks. I have found a different provider and will be cancelling my account with Rain.

02 Feb 2022, 07:46Again my internet is off!! It hasn't even been two days with internet!! Yet rain took their money on time but I get nothing in return. Why is it that my neighbour has internet yet again!!!!
