Rain the worst, don't waste your time

I have been with Rain for over two years now, but a month ago my router stopped working and I have been consistently calling and sending me emails but no one gets back to me, they always promise me that someone one will call but no one calls, instead whenever I give them a call no one knows about my complain and I have to repeat what my problem is over and over again. tomorrow they will debit their fee but I have only used the Wi-Fi for a few days this month.
