RAIN - THE WORST CUTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER

literally the WORST experience trying to get this company to get a simple router and sim to me. what was supposed to be a quick and painless process has turned into a nightmare. I have had to call RAIN themselves back , day after day , after day or simply nothing gets done, all RAIN had to do was give the CORRECT delivery details to their dismal distributon partner CCD couriers, this has not happened in now almost 2 weeks. Everytime i call i speak to someone new who apparently has no idea what to do or what is going on. I have been promised by "kyle" , "Sibongile and multiple others that someone would DEFINITELY call me back , and "we have a 24 hr tat" and bla bla bla. STill not a single person has been in contact with me til this day. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND RATHER GO WITH WEBAFRICA. After reading the terrible RAIN reviews i now know what people are on about. AVOID RAIN AT ALL COSTS
