Rain - The Worst Customer Service Ever!

My internet is not working since the 5 August. I logged numerous queries via Rain's Support. References: 05/08/2020 - ***; 07/08/2020 - ***; 10/08/2020 - ***. All I receive is false promises of an agent who will be making contact with me within 24 to 48 hours.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced.

You should be ashamed.
