RAIN - THE WORST!!

There should be an option to choose -0 stars!!! In my life EVER have I experiences worse service than this! Ordered a Router on a WiFi plan on the 30th of April. Order STILL not delivered - will not BE delivered and I cancelled my order over 3 months ago. STILL waiting for my refund and will probably wait until the sky falls!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!! Have logged NUMEROUS calls. Been made NUMEROUS promises.....STILL WAITING!!
