Rain the wifi company simply after your money....

Worse possible company to exist, false advertising, entirely focused on sales with no regard in the slightest for after sales services. Another one of those money hungry businesses that sell. Absolutely garbage as a service. Hardly ever do you get what you're paying for. And their classic line "What about your coverage" is the worst. Never is it a coverage problem. Their Support has no idea on how to help you with anything. I got a 50mb line up and down. God lately I'm lucky if I hit a mb for either. Seriously beggest regret was getting involved with this total garbage truck of a company.

Not once do they miss their payment!!! This is what amazes me. But try and get hold of them for a support call because you're not getting the very service they charged you for. It's like sweeping a ****ed dessert. Sales calls you get called by up to 8 different people, how the hell!!!

Seriously need to do some company vision changes.

Massive disappointment. You guys should be taken off the netowkr market, a total failure of a company.
