Rain the ******s

I have requested a sim from rain .When it came I have not used the trial as the sim did not work for weeks.Then I eventually after so many request they had done some software on the sim.Now thr sim was requested on the R250 package and I set it online. Amazing my bill is over R800 and I then after a load of emails they were convincing me I had not set it.I set it again today but still the wifi does not switch off at 6.I am so fed up as they do not have any solution only pay up and make sure you set it at R250.Great service keep up the good work.
