RAIN THE POOREST INTERNET & CUSTOMER SUPPORT COMPANY EVER

I wish there was a way to give a 0 as they don't even deserve a 1 rating. I have been trying to cancel my rain contract which is suppose to be a monthly option since the end of June due to extremely poor connectivity and basically no customer support. All the times I have tried to make contact has been in vain, and even the reviews I put on Hello Peter where they quickly reply to say someone will contact me shortly is hot air.

For all of you out there considering to go with Rain .. DON"T .. I have never heard back from them since my first review here or my second , Fatima or her support people have yet to send me a single email or make contact in any way, shape or form. And guess what ? I have been debited again for yet another month where as i have not been using a single meg from them since the end of June. And no there is no one you can actually phone and speak to as they do not take calls. THIS is the kind of service/ support you can expect to get from them. Stay FAR FAR AWAY
