Rain, the ****piest network Ever!!!

I am extremely ****ed off with rain,I have the network for a few months now and it seems to be getting worse as the days go by. Ever since I got it I have been complaining and only received a call once I have asked on numerous occasions to be called but all I seem to be getting are emails and its extremely frustrating as I work from home and every single day I have been loosing out on hours due to the network and how ****py it is, rain does not even have a dedicated customer care line that we are able to contact. I would never refer rain to anyone as it stands by its name its not just rain this is a storm absolutely ****. I am an extremely unhappy and unsatisfied customer and a fool to think that the network would be getting better. If I could give the network a 0 star rating I would most definitely!!!
