Rain the ******* of ISPs

One of the worst scheming companies in SA is Rain. I been trying from September 2024 to cancel my account and finally got a person that speaks proper English and not some Chinese AI generated monotone character to assist. Finally promised it would be cancelled end of April. Today, 1st of May cancelled successful however another debit order goes off my account. I contact Rain to speak to the Chinese AI bots who tells me my debut order is set to go off on the 1st of every month so that's why. I asked to speak to someone with authority and someone who can give me an educated answer the Ai character stutters and keeps telling me the same story. Waited the whole day for someone to call me back no one called. Rain you guys are really special. Go to facebook.com and read your reviews and the pain you are causing in the south African market. You guys are not ISPs but rather corporate ******* taking advantage of the people in South Africa. Every platform you look at Rain is a problem making consumers cry. Rain I ask that you pay my money back urgently so I can get rid of this pathetic service you offer.
