Rain ... the NO good, the bad and the UGLY.

Guys - I have been unable to use RAIN since 26 Feb ... I have sent COUNTLESS mails and FB DM's - and everytime the same questions are asked of me, to which I reply with the same answers ... and then they go quiet. Yet the debit order is taken RIGHT on time ... I even got a message saying that I am close to reaching my Gig threshold (cap) but I haven't even USED the sim because it does not connect ... all the other sim cards work in the modem. I have never, ever has such horrible service and an attitude of no-care. I will be finding out from legal fraternities if I can go the route of laying a charge of theft against the director(s) of Rain - because they are *****ING from me.
