RAIN. The network that doesn't deliver, not even at dial up speed.

Good day. I am VERY disappointed with thes service we getting form this company.

I have to services with them. I have an upto 10 meg uncapped and a R250 uncapped, from 11pm to 6 pm packages, from the company. It is currently slower than dial up. Most of the time it is down.

My pings are, most of the time longer than 800 ms. There is no telephone support. The online chat service is no longer available. Emails are not answered. They have taken my money and not given me any valuable service..

I have clients in East London that are calling me wanting to know what to do. They have sent emails also with no response. Facebook is littered with unhappy customers. But nothing from Rain. All we get is an automated response telling us they are working on the problem and that they are sorry. I want my money back
