Rain the most useless internet service company
Rain is the most useless internet service company you can get. I ordered an unlimited 4g sim card from Rain from day one I could not login to the internet. I have logged ticket after ticket with rain support and all they can say it's the rooter settings but the rooter settings is fine I have even tested another network on the rooter and it works but not the rain Sim card. Rain support is the most useless bunch of people. Rain is quick to take your money but can't give you what you have paid for. Please people don't get fooled by rain do not use this services

14 Jun 2021, 08:28Rain is really the most useless company you can log tickets after tickets and get no response from rain. You can't call them you have to wait for rain to call you when the day they feel like contacting you. I can't connect to the internet since I received my 4G sim card from Rain. They don't want to call just sending me emails on how to set up my rooter when my rooter is set up properly the problem is lying with their Sim card that can't connect. Rain is very quick to take your money but don't want to give what you paid for. I'm sick and tired of logging tickets on the app and get no support. I made the biggest mistake to go for rain. Please people hear my calling do not use rain I will post this on every social media platform I can to warn people not to waste their time with Rain
