RAIN - The most pathetic Service provider!!!!!

I recently reported a problem on Hello Peter with regards to RAIN, i have paid for services that I am not able to even UTILISE.

I do not understand the difficulty behind delivering a WORKING router and a FUNCTIONAL rica sim card.

How does this even work on Hello Peter? IS THERE ANYONE ON HERE WHO CAN ACTUALLY ASSIST ME????

I have spoken to the following consultants from RAin - ALL of which have REFUSED to help me:

Gerald Prantice Nokukhanya Nkolongwane Engela Meyers Keneilwe Motsamai

And MANY others.

I do not understand?? Have I paid for a service that i am never going to receive?????????? When will ANYONE ever get back to me

I am SO APPAULED and DISGUSTED and really do not know what else to do??!!!!
