Rain the Mabena of Internet Services

App**** online and within 5 days sim card was delivered as agreed and promised. Activation was said to happen within 24 hours of receiving and successful RICA of the sim card on delivery, 7 days later sim card is still not activated. I call the call center and guess what ? Sim card can still not be activated even when I called and verified all they asked. All I got after that was a lousy query number #378547 and silence....AGAIN????!!!! Disappoint me again bo Mabena....

Disappointing and a huge let down . I had great expectations.
