RAIN THE KING OF NO SIGNAL AND *** SERVICE

Let us just start by saying, they do not deserve a star. If it is not this it is that with this company. This time it is their VERY POOR SIGNAL, we are struggling so much that you cannot even connect a phone and a TV then it buffers the whole time, this with 60MBS line. I suggest them to either use other Cellphone towers because the one they use in our area does not work, or maybe they must just get the people they use to maintain their towers. Some times you will have signal and just out of the blues it is gone, it will say no internet or connected without internet. I suggest contacting you clients that complain and get the issues sorted out because you are getting a very bad name and you are forcing us to make other plans, rather say your internet is for free then we will not complain because then we do not waist our money on such *** service and internet signal. Phone me so we can get this issue sorted out.
